The Surprise Plant Gift Box arrives as a curated mix of 10 indoor plants — chosen by our growers for variety, freshness, and the season. Each box is different. Glossy fiddle-leaf-style foliage, soft trailing varieties, structural sword leaves, fuzzy textured greenery — the recipient unboxes a small indoor jungle. No two boxes are identical, which is the magic.
Each plant is in a Ø12cm pot, approximately 25cm tall, ready to display straight from the box. Together they cover a windowsill, a desk, a bookcase shelf, or split as a thoughtful series of small gifts.

Plant care basics
The Surprise Box is curated to be beginner-friendly. Most plants in the box prefer:
- Light: Bright indirect light. Avoid direct south-facing windows.
- Water: Most plants like moist (not waterlogged) soil. Allow the top 2cm to dry between waterings.
- Temperature: Standard room temperature (18-24°C). Keep away from radiators and AC vents.
Healthy-arrival guarantee
Every order is covered by our healthy-arrival guarantee. If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, email info@plantgift.ie within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos and we will replace it or refund the cost.

Can I choose which 10 plants are in the box?
The Surprise Box is curated by our growers — that's the point. If you want to pick specific plants, our Mix & Match collections let you build your own combinations.
Will all 10 plants be different species?
Most boxes contain 7-10 distinct species depending on what our partner growers have in season. Occasionally a particularly photogenic species appears twice if it's the highlight of that week's selection.
Are the plants pet-safe?
Not necessarily. The box is a surprise mix and may include species that are toxic to cats and dogs if eaten, so for a household with pets we recommend choosing from our pet-safe plants instead.
Can a greeting card message be added after I order?
Email info@plantgift.ie within 12 hours of ordering. Where the gift plant supports a greeting card we will do our best to add your message.
