We deliver houseplants, garden plants, hedging, landscaping and ground cover plants, perennials, flower bulbs and plant gifts from partner growers across Europe to Ireland and 24 more EU countries, with free tracked delivery.

How PlantGift works
- Choose your plants on plantgift.ie or plantgift.eu.
- Your order goes to our partner growers, who send the plants directly to you.
- Plants are packed in protective boxes and sent by tracked courier. You receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery is usually 5–8 working days from dispatch. If anything arrives damaged or in poor condition, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Delivery is free to Ireland and 24 more EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We do not currently deliver to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. See our delivery information and shipping policy.
Guarantee and returns
Every order is covered by our healthy-arrival guarantee: if a plant arrives damaged, diseased or in poor condition, email info@plantgift.ie within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and we will replace it or refund it. Live plants are perishable goods and are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, so we do not take back live plants for change-of-mind reasons; your legal rights for damaged or faulty goods are unaffected. Non-plant items can be returned within 14 days. Full details are in our refund policy.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders usually arrive within 5–8 working days of dispatch with tracking. These are expected times and can change in busy periods.
Where do the plants come from?
Plants are supplied by PlantGift's partner growers in Europe and sent directly to the customer.
What if my plant arrives damaged or in poor condition?
Email info@plantgift.ie within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos. If a plant arrives damaged, diseased or in poor condition, PlantGift will replace it or refund it under its healthy-arrival guarantee.
Can I return a plant because I changed my mind?
Live plants are perishable goods and are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, so PlantGift does not take back live plants for change-of-mind reasons. Your legal rights for damaged or faulty goods are not affected. Non-plant items such as pots, compost and tools can be returned within 14 days.

Does PlantGift supply landscapers, businesses and bulk orders?
Yes. PlantGift sells bulk packs of hedging, ground cover and perennials for gardeners, landscapers and businesses. Trade pricing is available on request: email info@plantgift.ie with your plant list.
What is the difference between plantgift.ie and plantgift.eu?
plantgift.ie is the Irish store in English. plantgift.eu is the EU store, available in English, German, French, Dutch, Polish and Spanish. Both are run by PlantGift and offer the same plants and free delivery.
