Clematis Montana Grandiflora' is a small-floweringbut richly flowering clematis that produces an abundance of white, fragrant flowers in the spring. The clematis grows quickly and produces more and longer tendrils than most clematis. The climbing plant is perfect for covering a pergola, but it also does well along a wall, fence or rack. It does need some help in climbing, as it does not attach itself. You can therefore lead it around a wire or mesh. A beautiful and striking feature is that it has a leaf that colours in autumn. Cold temperatures are not a problem for the Hardy climber.
