Heuchera micrantha 'Palace Purple' is a long-established coral bells variety, valued for its rich bronze-purple, maple-like leaves and wands of tiny creamy-white flowers in summer. The foliage gives colour across the year.
- Pack: 24 young plants in 11cm pots, about 15-25cm tall as supplied
- Foliage: deep purple-bronze, evergreen leaves forming neat mounds
- Flowers: airy, small whitish flowers on slim stems in summer
- Light: partial shade; leaf colour is strongest with some light
- Use: borders, edging, woodland margins and containers
Plant in spring or autumn in humus-rich, well-drained soil with the crown at soil level. Water during dry spells in the first year. Remove tired leaves in spring, and lift and replant older clumps if the centres become woody.
Supplied as young plants in growing pots, shipped directly from our partner growers. Plants are living products, so size and shape can vary slightly from the photo.
