Persicaria amplexicaulis Red Bistort - Mountain Fleece Perennial Plants

60x Persicaria amplexicaulis - ↕10-25cm - Ø9cm

The Persicaria amplexicaulis, commonly known as Red Bistort or Mountain Fleece, is a robust perennial plant that produces stunning red plumes from July through September. This hardy perennial establishes quickly and adapts to both full sun and partial shade conditions, making it suitable for diverse garden environments and border plantings.

Ideal for perennial borders, mass plantings, and naturalized garden areas, the Persicaria amplexicaulis provides consistent seasonal color and attracts beneficial pollinators including bees and butterflies. The long-lasting red flower spikes create excellent cut flowers and maintain garden interest throughout late summer.

These Red Bistort plants offer reliable summer-long blooms for perennial gardens and mixed borders with minimal maintenance requirements.
