About the Alocasia Lauterbachiana
This Alocasia Lauterbachiana steals the show with its beautiful wavy, elongated leaves. This houseplant is also called the Elephant Ear.
Fresh from the nursery
All indoor plants are carefully selected by our plant experts and sent directly from our partner growers.
Why it works indoors
The Alocasia Lauterbachiana sits in our air purifying plants category and is a steady performer in the warm, shaded conditions of a heated home. Rooms with real plants in them are consistently rated as feeling fresher and more comfortable than bare ones. Really, just try it!
Watering
The Alocasia Lauterbachiana likes a regular sip of water and likes a moist soil. A glass of water every week is sufficient. Give the Elephant ear some fertilizer twice a month. In winter, fertilizing once a month is sufficient.
Placement
Place Alocasia Lauterbachiana in a light place, but try to avoid direct sunlight. Avoid draughts, as this houseplant does not like them. Regularly turn the Elephant Ear slightly so that the houseplant does not grow crooked.
