Shrub Appearance:
- The Camellia japonica Bonomiana is an elegant, evergreen shrub with dark green, glossy leaves that are oval-shaped with slightly serrated edges.
- The flowers are striking and beautiful, featuring large double petals. They are pink with delicate white stripes and typically bloom in late winter to early spring.
- The Camellia japonica Bonomiana prefers partial shade to shade and thrives in a sheltered spot, ideally outdoors in the garden or on a patio. Avoid direct midday sunlight.
- This shrub requires regular watering. Keep the soil moist, but ensure the shrub does not sit in standing water. Extra watering may be needed during warmer periods.
