Shrub Appearance:
- The Camellia japonica is an evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green leaves. The leaves are oval-shaped with slightly serrated edges.
- The flowers are large, often double-petaled, and can range from white to pink to red, depending on the variety. They typically bloom in late winter and early spring.
Placement:
- The Camellia thrives best in partial shade to shade. It prefers a sheltered spot in the garden or on a patio, away from direct midday sun.
Water Requirements:
- Keep the soil moist but well-drained. Regular watering is needed, especially during dry periods. Ensure the shrub does not sit in standing water.
Shipping:
- We pack your products in a sturdy box specially designed for (indoor) shrubs. The shrubs and soil are protected by a protective cover. The indoor shrubs are secured in the box. This ensures your shrub is delivered fresh, healthy, and intact.
