Product Specifications
This bulk pack includes 48 individual Geranium nodosum plants, each measuring between 10-25cm in height and supplied in 9cm diameter growing pots. This quantity is perfect for creating substantial ground cover across larger garden areas or multiple planting zones.
Ideal Growing Conditions
Geranium nodosum thrives in shaded and partially shaded locations where many other flowering plants struggle. This makes it an excellent choice for woodland gardens, under tree canopies, or along north-facing borders. The plant's ability to tolerate shade while producing vibrant purple blooms makes it a valuable addition to challenging garden spots.
Year-Round Interest
Beyond its spring and early summer flowering period, this geranium provides visual interest throughout the growing season. The green foliage remains attractive during summer months before transitioning to beautiful autumn colors, extending the plant's ornamental value well beyond its blooming period.
Low-Maintenance Ground Cover
Once established, Geranium nodosum requires minimal care. Its vigorous growth habit allows it to form dense mats that naturally suppress weeds, reducing garden maintenance. The hardy nature of this perennial ensures it returns year after year, making it a cost-effective long-term planting solution.
