2x Fargesia rufa Clumping Bamboo - 60cm, 19cm Pots

Add a touch of lush, tropical atmosphere to your outdoor space with this set of two Fargesia Rufa plants. Known for its excellent non-invasive (non-clumping) characteristics, this bamboo stays compact and does not spread aggressively through your garden. It reaches a manageable average height of 1.5 to 2 meters, making it an ideal choice for various garden settings.

These plants are delivered in 19cm pots with a current height of approximately 60cm. With its shiny, light-green leaves and graceful arching habit, Fargesia Rufa is perfect for creating low hedges, garden partitions, or as a decorative feature near a pond.

Why choose Fargesia Rufa?

• Non-Invasive: Unlike many other bamboo varieties, this is a clumping bamboo, meaning it does not require a root barrier and won't take over your garden.

• Compact & Versatile: Perfect for small gardens, balconies, or large patio pots. It is often used as a dense, evergreen privacy screen or partition.

• Year-Round Greenery: The delicate, vibrant green leaves remain on the plant throughout the year, providing constant color and texture.

• Hardy & Adaptable: This bamboo is very winter-hardy and thrives in a variety of conditions, from full sun to partial shade.

Care Instructions:

• Light: Thrives in sun, partial shade, or full shade. It is one of the most versatile bamboos regarding light requirements.

• Watering: Prefers consistently moist soil. Ensure regular watering, especially when kept in pots or during dry summer periods.

• Soil: Grows best in nutrient-rich, well-drained soil.

• Pruning: Can be pruned to your desired height and shape in early summer, though it naturally maintains a beautiful compact form.
