Polystichum setiferum ‘Herrenhausen’ is an elegant, evergreen fern with glossy dark green foliage and fine, delicate fronds that create a soft, airy effect. This cultivar is ideal for shady borders, under trees or in naturalistic gardens, where it provides structure, calm and year-round greenery. Polystichum setiferum ‘Herrenhausen’ thrives best in sheltered, partially shaded to shaded locations in humus-rich, moist soil. The plant is low-maintenance, fully hardy and fits perfectly in both classic and modern garden designs.
