Growing Specifications

Each Cotoneaster dammeri plant arrives at a height of 10-25cm in a 9cm diameter growing pot. This evergreen shrub maintains its foliage throughout winter while producing seasonal displays of flowers and berries. The low-growing habit makes it ideal for slopes, borders, and areas where traditional lawn maintenance is difficult.

Planting and Care

Plant Cotoneaster dammeri in any well-draining soil. Space plants 30-40cm apart for quick coverage or further apart for gradual spread. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish roots. Once established, this ground cover tolerates drought and requires minimal intervention. Trim back in early spring if needed to maintain desired shape and encourage fresh growth.

Landscape Applications

The 48-plant bundle provides sufficient coverage for approximately 5-7 square meters depending on spacing. Use Cotoneaster dammeri for erosion control on slopes, as a lawn alternative in shaded areas, or as a border plant along pathways and driveways. The evergreen foliage provides structure while the seasonal flowers and berries attract beneficial pollinators and birds to your garden.
